THE GREAT RESHUFFLE
This label is known across multiple industries to mean the impact of resetting the way we do things. With COVID-19 dictating, not only health protocols but the way we do things in society and in the business sector, it has pretty much prompted us to reset the way we live as individuals. Our commitment to maintaining health and safety protocols in Work Garage, with you as our partners, is nothing short of our commitment to maintaining safety at home with our loved ones.
In the great reshuffle of work and safety, we got you covered.
GENERAL PROCEDURE
Physical Distancing
Work Garage strictly implements the minimum distance requirement of 1 meter between patrons and employees. Our front office arrangement has considerably changed to put this safety requirement in place. So upon check-in, you will be advised on the number of people we can accommodate at a given time. An area for you to wait comfortably is set up by the lobby.
Hand Hygiene
Hand sanitizers are all over the premises to remind everyone in the vicinity that we should all observe hand hygiene as often as we can. In all public areas, by the entrance and the front desk, in the washrooms, and in your workspaces, hand hygiene practice should be observed at all times.
Entrances and Exits
Our premises are well-equipped with a face or face-with-mask recognition system, and an infrared thermal imaging module for an efficient and reliable temperature check.. Hand sanitizing station is in place in entrance/exit doors. Glass door knobs/ handle and Handrails are sanitized rigidly and frequently, as often as in-between guests. We also check that masks are worn properly by all tenants and before guests enter the enclosed premises.
Reminder
At a minimum, we put out reminders for all safety procedures that we should observe within the area. This includes wall and floor signage should you need to stand in a queue. It is easy to get sidetracked by our day’s business, but our signage and posters will make it hard for you to forget yours and everyone’s safety.

CONFERENCE AND OFFICE ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
Seating Arrangement
The number of seats may have been reduced from the normal room capacity but our office and conference rooms still maintain the conducive atmosphere with two important additions – safety and peace of mind while you’re at work. The alternate seating arrangement around conference tables and proper spacing between workstations have been carefully thought of for this crucial period of pandemics.
Facilities
Furniture, fixture, and facilities found inside each rented room are properly sanitized in-between use and functions. Our sanitization team members work together dynamically to deliver each space that you need right on time: just how and when you need it; assured that everything in your work haven is safe and ready to use.
Hand Sanitizers
No need to fret in case you forgot to refill your pocket hand sanitizers. Each station in Work Garage has a provision for hand sanitizers that you can use for the entire time of your stay.
Access To Washrooms
Washrooms are public areas in Work Garage. Similar to other public areas, they are equipped with COVID-19 prevention facilities such as ample water supply, hand soaps, and sanitizers. In case you find yourself in a queue, floor signals are in place to warn you when there is a build-up of people in the area, and to allow proper distancing from other users.

We, at Work Garage, have high confidence in institutionalizing the best practice in the industry to comply with and uphold SG’s Public Health regulations. Despite this, we can assure our stakeholders that the management continues to monitor and update our internal information system to keep the agility of our safety protocols.
